The Brief
Break the mold of a typical multi-day conference and get NMDP employees excited to engage—not just in sessions, but in every moment in between.
What I Did
I transformed the space with a bright, brand-forward design across multiple floors. From a custom merch shop-meets-coffee bar to cozy lounge areas, every detail was built to spark connection.
Between sessions, attendees were surprised with playful, purposeful activations—like a Pet Party complete with bean bags, adoptable puppies and kittens, and sneak peeks into NMDP’s work. Programming changed daily to keep things fresh and fun.
The Vibe
Think energizing retreat meets creative playground. Attendees were all in—from relaxed coffee catch-ups to unexpected interactive moments—and kept raving about how fresh, fun, and completely different this conference felt.
